The honest take

✓ What works

Free tier is genuinely useful — unlimited tracker, basic AI
Chrome extension is best-in-class — saves 2-3 min per application
Resume matcher shows exactly which keywords you're missing
Built by ex-recruiters — knows what hiring managers actually look for
Pro at $29/mo is expensive but pays for itself with one extra interview

✗ What doesn't

Pro tier ($29/mo) is the most expensive in this list
Resume builder templates are basic compared to Kickresume or Rezi
No cover letter AI — needs ChatGPT or Kickresume for that
Mobile app is web-only — no native iOS/Android

Verdict

Teal is the job search tool you didn't know you needed. The free tier alone beats a spreadsheet. For serious job seekers (5+ applications/week), the $29/mo Pro pays for itself with one extra interview. Pair with Kickresume for templates and you've got the best job search stack in 2026.
